PRICES OF APARTMENTS AND FREE DATES IN 2025.
Apartment prices are in Euros per night and include everything: tourist tax, air conditioning, SAT TV, WiFi internet, beach shower, barbecue and private parking. Here are the seasonal prices for June/September and July/August. For off-season prices (rest of the year), send us an inquiry to starigrads@gmail.com .
For stays shorter than 7 nights, the listed prices can be up to 30% higher. For large groups or stays longer than two weeks, we can approve an additional discount.
To complete the reservation, we require a reservation deposit for the first one or two nights (up to 20% of the total amount). The rest of the total amount is to be paid to the host upon arrival in cash.
RESTRICTIONS: We do not accept guests with pets.
Villa Kristina consists of 8 apartments: 2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 3 on top floor. We can accommodate up to 30 guests!
